Southern Brass provides and installs temporary security locks for new construction. Our temporary lock program provides protection against wind damage as well as unwanted intrusion and vandalism. This service is provided at no charge to customers in our service area. We do offer temporary locksets at a small charge for customers outside our service area. Southern Brass designed and produced a deadbolt style temporary lockset. We use a combination of the deadbolt style and a key entry style for your best temporary security protection.

Warranty Work

Southern Brass addresses any warranty call for completions within 24 hours. All of our products have a lifetime mechanical warranty. Finish warranties range from lifetime on Schlage Accent Series to 5 years for BHP, depending on product.

Rolling Store Concept

Southern Brass Rolling Store Concept brings our warehouse to your job site. We make quick deliveries with a large selection available. We can meet your customer with every style available to stay within a pre-determined budget. Each truck has a Schlage and Kwik-Set key machine on each truck for extra or quick key replacement. We keep assorted extra parts on each truck. Southern Brass has developed a key control system. Lost Keys can be replaced in minutes regardless of job aged.
